
Riyanto Prabowo
Commissioner
Riyanto Prabowo has served as Commissioner of PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi since May 2026. He has more than 28 years of professional experience in corporate law, the financial sector, and state-owned enterprise management, developed through his career at the Ministry of Finance and subsequently the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, which has since transitioned into the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency.
Throughout his career, Riyanto has been involved in various strategic corporate actions, including the banking merger that resulted in the establishment of Bank Mandiri, the establishment of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, the privatization of BRI, BTN’s rights issue, and the merger of Danareksa Investment Management into BRI Manajemen Investasi. He also contributed to the issuance of bonds and sukuk by state-owned enterprises, the establishment of the Ultra Micro Holding and Indonesia Financial Group, the alignment of the articles of association of state-owned banks under Himbara, as well as the standardization of contracts across state-owned enterprises.
Riyanto also has extensive supervisory experience, having served as Commissioner of PT Rajawali II Cirebon from 2012 to 2019 and Commissioner of PT Sarinah from 2019 to 2025, including as Chairman of the Audit Committee overseeing legal, financial, and corporate governance matters. Since August 2025, he has also served as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia. In his capacity at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, he has served as Coordinator/State-Owned Enterprise Governance Officer since 2020, with a focus on corporate legal matters relating to state-owned enterprises.
Riyanto earned a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Diponegoro in 1990 and a Master of Laws degree with a specialization in Economic Law from Universitas Indonesia in 2005. He also completed the Qualified Risk Governance Professional training program in 2024.
