Jakarta, 17 April 2026 – In relation to the proposed acquisition of all shares of PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi currently owned by PT Mandiri Sekuritas and Koperasi Konsumen Pegawai PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk by PT Danantara Asset Management (the “Proposed Acquisition”), the Proposed Acquisition will result in the transfer of control of the Company to PT Danantara Asset Management. We hereby inform that the Proposed Acquisition forms part of a strategic initiative in the consolidation of the asset management industry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) under the Himbara Bank Group to strengthen governance, improve efficiency, and create a more optimal economic scale in the national financial sector.

 

 

We hereby inform that the Proposed Acquisition constitutes part of a strategic initiative in the consolidation of the state-owned asset management industry (BUMN) within the Himbara Bank Group, aimed at strengthening governance, improving efficiency, and creating a more optimal economic scale within the national financial sector.

PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi affirms that the Proposed Acquisition will not affect the investment management services provided to investors. All stages of the process will be carried out with due prudence and in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance, while continuing to prioritize the interests of investors and all stakeholders.

Should any interested parties have objections or comments regarding the Proposed Acquisition referred to above, such parties are requested to submit them in writing no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the date of this announcement to the Company’s office at the following address:
